Taking pet Jade for a walk in the park

It was a nice day outside. Patrick dressed me in a Rubber skirt and see though rubber shirt. He put steel shackles on my ankles wrists and collar too. It was big and heavy around my neck. I got in the back seat of the car and we drove to the park. He had a cane in his hand, he walked me on the grass, through the dirt and around in public where everyone could see me, I pulled back on my leash and got whipped in the cane. The lashed on my thighs felt good leaving big red marks.
